Very effective!

I downloaded this app out of desperation, because I hadnt been sleeping. I dont think it was 5 minutes on the first night before I was sleeping soundly, and not waking in the night as I usually did. Im not a huge fan of the music patches, but I love the ambient sounds. Great app for meditation as well!
